Delivery and shipping

DELIVERY

Metropolitan France

Packages are shipped via Colissimo with delivery against signature.

Usual delivery times vary between 2 and 4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

International

We offer two delivery options depending on the destination:

- DHL Express

Europe: delivery in 2 to 3 working days

Rest of the world: estimated delivery between 3 and 6 working days, depending on the country

- DHL Standard

Available only for Europe: delivery time 3 to 5 working days, depending on the country

Please note: In the event of high traffic (promotional periods, holidays, launches), or exceptional circumstances (bad weather, customs, etc.), delivery times may be extended beyond our control.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link.

Depending on your country or carrier, additional notifications may be sent to you via SMS to inform you of the delivery status.

In case of absence, the carrier will leave a calling card indicating the next steps (new delivery or collection from a relay point).

DELIVERY COSTS

Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you confirm your shopping cart, based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Return and refund

RETURN CONDITIONS

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items to us.

To be eligible for reimbursement, products must meet the following criteria:

  • Clothing: returned in its original condition, with labels intact, without having been worn or washed
  • Shoes & accessories: returned in their original box, without signs of use, and packaged in a protective package

Any non-compliant return may be refused.

Shared experience

Please note that when returning an order that includes our shared experience, whether it is a partial or complete return, all exclusive pins must be returned, as the conditions of the offer are no longer met. Otherwise, we will be obliged to invoice you for them.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

1 - Declare your return

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items to us. To initiate a return, please complete the dedicatedReturn an Order form.

Once the request is validated, you will receive by email:

  • A return confirmation
  • A prepaid return label to print
  • All instructions needed to proceed with the return

2 - Prepare the package

Make sure each item is in its original condition:

  • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged
  • Original labels and packaging intact

Place the products in their original packaging.

Carefully close the package and attach the return label provided.

Drop off the package as indicated (post office, relay point, mailbox, etc. depending on the carrier).

3 - Processing and reimbursement

Upon receipt of the package in our warehouse, a quality check will be carried out within a few days.

If the return is validated, you will receive a confirmation by email, and the refund will be made within 14 days, via the same payment method used when you placed your order.
